We offer long and short-term storage solutions. Often, orders arrive, and a client is not yet ready to receive their goods (building delays… need we say more?). We will store orders for as long as needed and work with you to keep these unforeseen expenses down. Our Network: Offering various transportation options (road, rail, air, sea) for shipping goods is essential. We have the connections to get your high-end goods where they need to go, using only the best, most reputable nationwide carriers. Scalability: No business too big or small. Live tracking of orders and signed POD (proof of delivery) dockets, with photos of items in good condition with geolocation: all deliveries are time stamped and marked with the precise final delivery location. Importing high-end furniture is unique by nature and design. Often smaller orders are grouped together for shipping and a trusted process is needed to sort these individual orders with meticulous care and attention to detail.

Labelling/cross-checks with packing lists & manifests, stocktake, stringent QC, itemisation/consolidation of orders, and real-time updates with any product issues are all standard practice.

Alternatively, if a customer is set on a certain item, Outside Box can organise and project manage alternatives such as a balcony lift, crane, or scissor lift.

How it works:

You send us the project manifest and redirect all incoming shipments to us. We receive, QC, label, consolidate and report back as items land.

With indefinite storage available, we can hold items until a bump-in date is set. Deliver the white-glove experience for your client in one, organised and professional installation.
