With our client portal, you can track your deliveries in real-time from your dashboard and see the status updates and revised ETAs (which can also be shared directly with your clients).

Once a delivery is completed, our team will submit a proof of delivery (POD) docket digitally. This will be uploaded to your personal, secure dashboard.

Some clear benefits of this software include:

- Record keeping: PODs are all saved to your archived database. These are kept for a minimum of 60 months allowing easy retrieval of previous jobs in cases of warranties, supplier claims, delivery notes and/or feedback.

- Photos: Our team will inspect and photograph all items, received in good condition.

- Signature & notes: Our lead driver can note down anything important from the delivery for your records and ours. All deliveries are signed for, and a recipient's name is taken.

- Geolocation: All deliveries are time-stamped and marked with the precise final delivery location.

Physical paper delivery dockets are useful, but outdated and time-consuming.

​

We are also doing everything in our power to make our processes more universal across the board, and assist in efficiency, as well as being as environmentally conscious as possible.
